Bairns move pleases McCann

Falkirk new boy Neil McCann believes that the Bairns can replicate the success of Motherwell in the SPL and secure at least a top-six finish next season.
McCann is one of three vastly experienced performers to have been recruited by Bairns boss John Hughes this summer, having turned down the offer of a new deal at Hearts.
He told the Daily Record: "Hearts offered me the chance to stay on, but it would have been with more emphasis on coaching than playing.
"I hope coaching will be a huge part of my life, but at this stage I still believe I have something to offer as a player.
"Motherwell enjoyed great success last season and when I look at Falkirk, the way we play, our manager and our plans, I reckon we could push to be not a million miles off them."
McCann has been joined at Falkirk by Jackie McNamara and Lee Bullen this summer.
