Hughes demands consistency

Falkirk manager John Hughes has called for his side to be more consistent from now until Christmas.
The erratic Bairns are only two points above rock-bottom Hamilton after 11 games of the season, but have won at Kilmarnock and drawn with Dundee United in their last two matches.
Hughes said: "Against United, we started too slowly and weren't sharp enough. A team like ourselves has to be fully committed from the off.
"It's been like that for a lot of the season. Some games we might have a poor first half and a great second half or start well and be shocking after the break.
"What we're looking for is a bit more consistency over the 90 minutes.
"We have a lot of young boys, so I know it can be difficult. But we're creating chances and are starting to get clean sheets so all credit to the boys."
