Hughes tells Barr to believe

Falkirk manager John Hughes has urged defender Darren Barr to start believing in himself as he bids to forge a career on the international stage.
The 23-year-old has recently broken into the senior Scotland squad, with Hughes having made Barr captain of his side this season.
Hughes told the Scottish Sun: "The big problem with Darren is I don't think he knows how good he could be.
"He's very humble and he just wants to stay in the background. Sometimes he needs to get that little bit of swagger into his game.
"But going away with Scotland, there are some good people there, and working in that environment, he'll be able to bring that back to Falkirk and put it in his game.
"I made him captain, but he's not a vocal skipper and it's up to me, with all my experience as a former centre-half, to pass things on to Darren and mould him into the captain I think he is going to become.
"Darren's still got a lot to learn, but he's someone who leads by example in the way he trains and conducts himself."
