Can Liverpool challenge for the Title this season?

It has been nearly 20 years since Liverpool were last crowned the champions of the English League. This season however, the Scouse faithful are as enthusiastic as ever. In 2005, their dreams come true when Liverpool landed the European Cup, however for Liverpool fans, they want to be crowned League Champions once again.
So can Liverpool challenge for the title this season, or will they suffer another disappointing league campaign?
