Mariners boss remains calm

Grimsby Town manager Mike Newell insists nobody is getting carried away despite the first win of his reign in Saturday's 2-0 success at Bury.
The Mariners sealed their first three-point haul in 23 league games courtesy of first-half strikes from Liam Trotter and Nathan Jarman.
Newell's struggling side also coped with the 36th minute dismissal of midfielder Jean-Paul Kalala.
"They're very pleased in the dressing room, but we're not getting carried away," said Newell.
"The club's been on a horrible run since March and it's strange that when you do end that run you should do it with 10 men for the majority of the game.
"It's been a long time coming and you can understand the players being down and it's worried me that the dressing room has been quiet, but hopefully this will be the sign of things to come."
