Grimsby Town have signed striker Adam Proudlock on loan from League Two rivals Darlington.
Proudlock, 27, has made 11 appearances for the Quakers this season but has been allowed to move to Blundell Park on a two-month loan deal.
The forward started his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers and joined Darlington from Stockport following County's promotion to League One via the play-offs at the end of last season.
He has been given permission to make his Mariners debut in Saturday's FA Cup first round meeting with Morecambe.
