Newell to shake up Mariners

Grimsby Town manager Mike Newell vowed to make changes after seeing his side thrashed 4-0 at Dagenham & Redbridge.
The Mariners have yet to register a victory in League two this season and are only being kept off the foot of the table due to the points deductions handed down to Bournemouth and Luton Town.
Newell told the Evening Telegraph: "I can now see why we are where we are, which is bottom of the Football League.
"Let's make no mistake about it, if the other three clubs hadn't had points deducted, that's where we'd be.
"You can look at individuals and errors for goals but I look at the 90 minutes as a whole and how poor we were. I can't accept that and won't accept that.
"As a new manager, you have a look for a couple of weeks at what you've got and what's about at the club. I've had a look now and have seen why we are where we are.
"Changes need to be made and they will be."
