Pools secure Kyle extension

Hartlepool United boss Danny Wilson is delighted to have agreed a deal to extend striker Kevin Kyle's loan stay at Victoria Park.
The 27-year-old scored three goals in seven appearances for Pools before returning to Coventry City ahead of the weekend FA Cup clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.
However, Kyle is now set to return to Pools for a further month.
Wilson told the Northern Echo: "I'm delighted and grateful that Kevin wants to come back here.
"He could have gone elsewhere, but he chose to pick us and that is fantastic news from our point of view.
"His background is very much in the north-east, so that was a big factor. I'm not saying him coming here was all down to an offer from us.
"But he likes the type of football we play and the service he gets and the opportunity to score goals, which will put him in the shop window."
