Soutar rues Pools problems

Goalkeeper Derek Soutar has seen his hopes of a move to Hartlepool United scuppered at the last minute.
The 27-year-old was hoping to earn a contract with Pools after impressing during two pre-season fixtures, but the collapse of Jan Budtz's loan move to Mansfield Town has ended those hopes.
Soutar told the Press & Journal: "Danny Wilson was really keen, but he needed to get other things done first to free up space in his squad.
"Unfortunately something happened at the last minute, so it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
"It's disappointing because things went really well during the trial and I had a good feeling about the place."
Soutar, a former Scotland Under-21 international, is a free agent after leaving Aberdeen at the end of last season.
